Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I booked a holiday for two weeks for two people, and paid in advance £2000. I booked the holiday in January 15th to go to Brighton for Easter break and the holiday time is March 29th –April 12th. I was disappointed with your holiday offer. When I was reading your brochure, I was very impressed with the services you provided and that was the main reason I booked the holiday.
However, after a long journey when we arrived we hoped to have a good res .However the moment we arrived at the hotel, we went to our room the room was not cleaned, not only that also we saw mice and cockroaches. I contacted the reception staff and explained everything. The staff were unable to help so we asked for. We explained everything again. We asked the duty manager to give us a clean and better room. Unfortunately instead of helping us he was very unhelpful to us.
As we had no any other choice we decided to leave your hotel and to look for another hotel in town. We took a taxi in the middle of the night and stayed at the other hotel for the rest of our holiday.
Therefore, I am writing this letter to let you know that we demand not only the £2000 we paid to your company but we also demand the £3000 we paid for the other hotel and an apology. If we don’t hear from you within 14working days we will take legal action.
